It's a mistake indeed, when we listen to what the fear of failure, the fear of criticism, the fear of shame, the fear of embarrassment, is telling us to do [See blog, Scarecrow].
When instead we let our fear of failure guide and direct us into doing the exact opposite of what our fear of failure is telling us to do, we then do the right thing, for us, which will be the work that matters.
